Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using loshe.in or the Loshe mobile app (collectively, the "Service") operated by Loshe ("we", "our", or "us"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. By using the Service you represent that you meet this requirement. If you are under 18, you confirm that a parent or guardian has reviewed and agreed to these Terms on your behalf.
To use core features of the Service you must create an account. You are responsible for:

Loshe provides QR-based lost-and-found tags that allow finders to contact item owners without revealing either party's personal contact details. The Service includes the physical tags, the web platform, and the mobile app.
We facilitate communication between owners and finders but are not a party to any exchange, handover, or transaction between them. We are not responsible for the outcome of any lost-and-found interaction.
You agree not to use the Service to:
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.
Tags are physical goods. Once a tag pack is shipped, sales are final subject to our returns policy. Tags are designed for personal lost-and-found use only. You may reassign a tag to a different item at any time through the app. You may not transfer a tag to another person's Loshe account without unlinking it first.
You may choose to offer a monetary or non-monetary reward to finders. Setting a reward is entirely optional. Loshe does not collect, hold, or guarantee any reward. Payment of rewards is solely between you and the finder; Loshe is not responsible for any disputes arising from rewards.
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
All content, branding, software, and design on the Service is owned by or licensed to Loshe and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the Service without our prior written permission.
You retain ownership of any content you submit (item descriptions, photos). By submitting content, you grant Loshe a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use it solely to operate the Service.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that:
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Loshe and its officers, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Loshe and its affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.
You may close your account at any time by contacting us at [email protected]. We may suspend or terminate your access at any time if you breach these Terms or if we discontinue the Service, with or without notice.
Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (Sections 8–11) will do so.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Pune, Maharashtra.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via the app or email. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
