Why we built it
Most local shops already have loyal customers. What they don't have is a way to know who those customers are. There's no name, no phone number, and no way to say thank you or tell them about an offer. Paper punch cards get lost, and the loyalty apps built for big chains are too heavy, and too expensive, for a salon, a car wash or a corner cafe.
LoShe gives a small shop what the big brands have: a customer list, a rewards programme, and an easy way to ask happy customers for a Google review or an Instagram follow. It costs less than ₹2 a day, and there's nothing to install.
How it works
Set up your shop
Register, add your logo, and choose a reward, like a free service after 5 visits. Print your QR poster and put it on the counter.
Customers scan and join
They scan the QR, enter a name and mobile number, and land on your page. It opens in the phone's browser, with no app to download.
They claim, you approve
Each visit is claimed with one tap and approved by you at the counter. The progress bar fills, and the reward is theirs.
