Delete your account

In the LoShe Admin app

1. Open the app and sign in.
2. Tap More, then Account.
3. Tap Delete my account, read what will be deleted, and enter your password to confirm.

On the website

1. Sign in at store-admin.loshe.in.
2. Open Settings and scroll to Your Account.
3. Choose Delete my account and enter your password to confirm.

What gets deleted

• If your shop has another owner, or you are a staff member, only your account is deleted, straight away. The shop carries on.
• If you are the shop's only owner, the shop is deleted with your account. Its page closes to customers at once and every admin is signed out. Thirty days later its information is permanently deleted: customers and their rewards, claims, receipts, offers and photos.
• We keep records of payments the shop made, because the law requires us to keep them for tax purposes.
